3. Cancellation and Refunds

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of personal belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances. KazAdventure is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.

5. Health and Safety

  1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and have the necessary vaccinations and medical clearances for their chosen tour.
  2. Some tours may involve physical activity and exposure to varying weather conditions. Clients should be aware of these risks and take appropriate precautions.
  3. KazAdventure will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of our clients, but we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during a tour.

6. Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during tours. KazAdventure reserves the right to terminate a tour for any client whose behavior is disruptive, offensive, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

8. Limitation of Liability
